You've got a unique strengths, quirks, and talents that make you, well, you. Embrace it! It's time to turn up the volume on your own worth.
Surround yourself with the healthy people. Hang out with the people who lift you up, encourage, nurture you, and bring joy. Don't be shy about reaching out for backup – friends, family, or hey, even a therapist like me in Clifton, Bristol.
