Individual therapy is a safe, private space where you can talk about what’s going on in your life — your thoughts, emotions, struggles, and hopes — with a trained therapist role is to help you understand yourself better and find ways to feel more grounded, calm, and connected.

It’s not about being “fixed” or told what to do. It’s more about discovering together what’s underneath the surface — the patterns, beliefs, or past experiences that might be shaping how you feel or relate to others.

Group Therapy

90 minutes session

Group therapy offers a unique and powerful way to heal — through connection.
It’s a safe and supportive space where a small number of people come together with a therapist to explore their emotions, patterns, and relationships in real time.

Many people come to group therapy feeling alone in their struggles. Within the group, they begin to realise something deeply healing — they’re not alone at all.

I lead a group, around 4- 10 people meet weekly with a therapist for 60–90 minutes. Each person is invited to share what feels important — their feelings, experiences, and reflections — and to listen to others do the same.

The group becomes more than a conversation; it becomes a living, breathing experience of relationship.
You’ll begin to notice how you connect, when you pull away, what emotions arise when you’re seen, or how you respond to others. These moments help bring awareness to your relational patterns and create opportunities for genuine growth

In couples therapy, both partners meet with a trained therapist who helps guide conversations in a safe and balanced way.
Sessions usually last around 60 minutes and focus on exploring what’s underneath conflict, silence, or distance — often patterns that have developed over time or are shaped by earlier life experiences.

I't will help each person find their voice while also learning to truly listen.
Together, you begin to identify the cycles you fall into as a couple — and how to interrupt them with greater awareness, empathy, and communication.

Couples therapy explores

  • Repeated arguments or tension

  • Emotional or physical distance

  • Trust issues or betrayal

  • Difficulties with communication and intimacy

  • Navigating life transitions or parenting stress

  • Rebuilding after a rupture or separation

Some couples come because they want to stay together and grow; others come to understand whether and how to move forward. In both cases, therapy offers clarity and understanding — rather than blame.
