Hello

Hello, I’m a psychotherapist based in Clifton, Bristol. I offer a warm and thoughtful space for people who want to understand themselves more deeply, especially around self-esteem, relationships, and emotional patterns that feel hard to shift.

I focus most of my work on relationships, childhood issues, trauma, and emotional impact of ADHD in a person's life.

My Story

My interest in therapy began with personal experiences. I faced health challenges that kept me in hospital wards for months at a time. During my mid-teens, I witnessed older people in hospital who had no visitors. I could sense their loneliness, and I found myself drawn into meaningful conversations with them.

I grew up with a very critical parent, which made it hard to feel understood or accepted. That relationship shaped how I saw myself and others. Through therapy, I’ve learned to recognise my own value — to understand that self-worth comes from within, not from how others see me.

My work with relationships started from a personal need to change the dynamics in my own marriage. I was struggling to connect with my partner and felt something wasn’t working. Therapy helped me explore what I needed and how I could create space for real connection.

I’m continually inspired by listening to people’s life stories. There’s something deeply moving about being trusted with someone’s truth. I feel empowered to support others in finding what they need — whether it’s clarity, connecting with themselves, healing, or simply a sense of being understood.
